I'm Gregory Ashmore, a fantasy writer based in the UK. The Breath Before is my long-form comic project - a character-driven story shaped by years of worldbuilding, collaborative storytelling, and a deep love for emotional, grounded fantasy.

My focus is on creating stories that feel human and lived-in, where quiet moments carry as much weight as the epic ones. This website is the home for the project's development, artwork, updates, and future releases as the series continues to grow.
